OUR Traceability
Every Douglasdale product is marked with a batch code for traceability. This enables us to identify all components in the finished product.
BB 17 Jan 21 is the Best Before date. The product will still be fresh by this date and often lasts longer.
I/ is the silo that the batch is stored in after processing.
/C is the filling line that the product was packed on.
0W9T is a computer-generated code that we can use to look up the full history and test results of the product, from the individual farmer that supplied the raw milk to the plastic used to make the bottles.
01013 means that this was the one thousand and thirteenth bottle packed in that specific batch
07:39 is the time the product was filled
ZA 5/162 is our ZA Certificate number
