Yorkshire Pudding

Makes 6 individual


2 Eggs
100g Flour
230ml Douglasdale Milk
1 tsp Salt
Oil for baking tin.


1. Preheat oven to 200º C
2. Combine all ingredients until smooth, strain and reserve for use.
3. Heat oil in muffin tin or tray.
4. Pour batter until 2 / 3 full.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.


I always find the batter much better if made the day before.
